This is mandatory reading for anyone who's into SEO, along with Michael VanDeMar's article about hyperlinked headers, Randy Fishkin's sequel about the first anchor text and Branko Rihtman's experiment on nofollow PR sculpting to name a few.

Internal Linking is one of the most ignored part in a website. I think it not only help search engine bots to navigate but also help the users as well.

I particularly appreciate that you point out the positive impact in usability to the visitor.  It's easy to get wrapped up in the technical aspects of SEO and forget that the general concept behind organic listings is to lead search users to sites that are the most user-friendly and provide the most relevant information to their query.  When it comes to basic on-page SEO, user-friendly = search engine friendly!

I agree..internal linking is very important for your site...the same thing goes with your site's content.
