David Wallace writes "Besides just hoping that Twitter runs consistently without experiencing outages all the time, there are a few things I would love to see the micro-blogging service add that would make the Twitter even more useful than it already is. Even though it is several months till Christmas, I give you my Twitter wish list."

Great suggestions - particularly an automatic reduction of URL length prior to posting. Having to make frequent detours to TinyURL etc is a pain.

Love the list from David Wallace, I too wish some of these things like the "A Mute Function" and the "Sort Friends/Followers Alphabetically" ideas. Brilliant!

I also share the same wish list..but let me just add one more..^^ I think it's better if Twitter will have the same features with Jaiku that when you reply to an update..you can also see the other members' replies on that particular update.
