Loren Baker correctly points out the local search land grab as this is one of the fastest growing niches in the internet marketing arena. It's all about Location, Location, Location and the big boys are going after the gold rush.

There may be a land grab but it's not moving as fast as some may think. Most of these companies are trying to "catch up" to those already dominating the space.
