Interesting article suggesting the need for more open and publicly available feedback relating to SEM companies.

i think this is a more sensible idea than standards.  the only obstacle i can think of is one that we have currently with clients finding out what makes a good or bad SEO company - learning to access the information and getting people to submit honest reviews.  but certainly this is better than standards with a governing body.
