Experienced or not - It's always useful to peek in on someone else's toolbox!
Thx for Sphinning this, Chris - a nice surprise. :-) And thanks Tim. I didn't put everything in there, but maybe that'll happen some day down the road.
For firefox I prefer quick/keyword searches, although bookmarklets are great for on-site lookups, which I blogged about today:

Awesome list, Matt!
By the way...is it the case for others that SEO for FF often returns 0 information across the board? What causes this? I have wondered.
Miriam
@Miriam - that's the case for me too. I tend to shut it off when that occurs and then the next time I think it'd be useful (days later) I try it and it's fine. I've never tried to investigate what causes the problem though I believe Aaron has noted that there are conflicts with certain other extensions that I use.
Thanks Tim. I appreciate you responding. I guess it's not just me.
By the way...I like your little exclamation point man!
Miriam
What? No WebPositionGold? LOL.
SEOpen FF plug-in which is referenced in one of the lists you link to is pretty handy as is the PrefBar toolbar for one-click turning on/off images, JS, Flash and controlling UA.
I think that SEO Firefox is one the most powerful free tools in SEO, beginner or not. The "download CSV" feature is the key to getting the most out of that tool. Also, Boykin has a ton of great free tools too (none are FF extensions though).
I prefer seoquake over seopen and seo for firefox
