A great little guest post on SD from Mark Hayward - I noticed the words 'Hell' and $hit in my reader... knew it had to be a guest post...lol

This was an incredible article.  I think it's a great resource when talking to clients about the importance of social media, especially when they are sitting on the fence trying to decide whether it is really worth their time or not.

I like how he mentions a "perceived" lack of progress. All it takes is one call or email to make all of that work worth it.
