I don’t think all of these will work for everyone, but there are some interesting ideas in here that could prove very useful depenind on your situation. I particularly like the ideas of using your logo to promote site news items and the funnel based sidebar navigation.Interesting stuff.

I really like #6.  You can use it in so many ways to help drive visitors in actions you want.

I was keen on three - I particularly liked the funnel-conversion based navigation. Would have to be done carefully so as not to give the user the impression you were herding them to hand over their cash though!
