I just had a cart-before-the-horse reality check with a client. This client is a $1.5b technology company with everything to gain from optimizing their B2B post-click lead funnel. But they don't do it.

Why? Because their nurture/warming tool is also the tool that MUST be used to generate their landing page conversion forms. And while it may be a stellar nurturing tool that's really cool at dynamically substituting form fields based on previous user actions, it absolutely stinks at user experience. So nearly everyone abandons.
