Let us see. What is wrong with Google? Could it be a lack of user privacy? Could it be the lack of customer service for webmasters? Or, how about Google's inconsistent policy of sending messages to webmasters in their Webmasters Tools website when they decide to dump upon a website, or even ban it from Google?
I'm speechless. Where's graywolf, he should have a field day with this!
Either way, pretty interesting when you consider Yahoo had four times as many complaints with 1/3 the market share and that they also happen to be the only paid member in the pair.
333 complaints against Google

1350 complaints against Yahoo

Check out bbb's highly rigid criteria for accreditation after payment: : ) http://sanjose.bbb.org/localstandards
The BBB's 'unsatisfactory record' is really a tool that they use to extort money out of businesses. 'Unsatisfactory' means that they didn't respond, which they can only do if they are a paid BBB member.
Google has lots of issues, but in this case, it is the BBB that should be called to task, not Google.
once a company becomes as visible as google there are bound to be complaints regardless of the actual quality of the service. considering how many adwords users there are, I think 333 complaints is surprisingly low.
@davenaff & DarkMatter, excellent analysis!
