I like interviews like this. Helps those of us that have not been around so long get to know about others and their history in search.

definitely. takes the smarts of people who have been around a while (veterans) and teaches some of that to new people (rookies).

One thing I’ve learned is that interviews are often only as good as the questions that are asked. Nick did a great job of asking some questions that have not been asked (at least to me) before.Kudos to him for that!

Thanks Jill, that was fun. These were all questions I wanted to hear the answers to. You’re right though. It’s not easy asking you origional questions, you’ve had few interviews over the years! Hopefully this features as one of the better ones in the collection :)
