"#2: People know what you sell" - I've run into that one a lot lately. Shopping carts that have one boring paragraph on the front page, no product photos, no calls to action ... what the ^&*! are you selling?

"It's a shopping cart, right? People know where to go ..." Yeah they do, back to the SERPS.
