"Repeat the keyword/keyphrase at the beginning of the meta description:"

META description should be a sentence, a call to action, keyword embedded somewhere in the sentence so it'll come up as the snippet. "SEO blog: The UK’s leading SEO blog offering global search marketing news about SEM, PPC and more." Wrong; better: "The UK’s leading SEO blog offering global search marketing news about SEM, PPC and more."

"h2 - “We’re the first professional search engine optimisation company in Glasgow offering SEO services since 1995″."

A full sentence in an H2? That's a new one.

"Remove al other meta tags"

The problem here is that onreact erroneously inserted the SEO acronym in the title for this sphinn. Optimizing your website for more traffic and higher sales is not related to SEO, because placing well in the search engines does not necessary result in hits that convert to sales.
