I’m not sure what front page traffic Sphinn home page can generate towards your site/blog, but maybe I’ll find out soon. Have you hit the home page?

You got a click out of me. :) It would be interesting to see different results from everyone who is making the homepage. Other than the article dannysullivan just linked to, that is. To see how much variation there is in traffic depending on the article, etc.
i will update the post by tomorrow and give a number.
Its early days and my blog hasnt gotten much referral traffic lately, but in the span since Sphinn launched, its been my #1 referral. And that was just to my cat post! Imagine if I wrote something more useful than that (although it would be difficult to find anything better to write about than cats). http://flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=839939329&size=o
Two stories sent 125 visitors in five days, but also resulted in links from a couple very well respected blogs and provided a venue for sharing my thoughts about SEO related issues without worrying about a bunch of prepubescent Digg-trolls burning me at the stake for mentioning those three letters. Traffic is minimal at this point, but as the traffic grows, so will the difficulty in getting to the home page. Its a trade off right now. Ive also learned about a whole heap of new blogs that Ive subscribed to. Yet another reason why I love this site.
I was told by someone who had the #1 spot for a large chunk of a day, that it sent 70 visitors.
