I listed several things I’ve done to my Wordpress theme to make the site better looking and more functional for users - including a new hack from Joost (with permission) to get some awesome functionality for guest posters.

Nice list Rae. Thesis is a great theme. I cannot wait to see the new magazine style theme that Chris Pearson is working on. Definitely worth the extra dollars for the developer license.

Very nice post, I just re-designed my blog, PalatnikFactor.com. I based it more on the industry standard since I actually like the structure so another very good tip is to look around at other blogs and get an idea of what you want and what they have that you may want.
