So the guy whose image British paper the Daily Mail said was a Googlebomb (http://sphinn.com/story/68956) points out that he has explicitly stated that he doesn’t want them using his images - something which they did with no credit. Nice.

I have been following BBD’s work for many years now and have known him since 2004.It is just a bit of fun and does not really matter, but you would be surprised just how vehement the community can get about this sort of theft.

Has BBD considered legal action for copyright infringement?After all, it’s precisely what you would expect traditional media to do if the tables were turned.
