Forum member "rolf" told the community of a website design company that created a brand new site for a client completely with Flash, even though the client expressed an interest in having the website found on the search engines.
He goes on to ask, "...is it the web designer’s responsibility to make sure they understand SEO themselves and explain the issues to their customer, or is it the customer’s responsibility to decide if SEO is an important factor, and find out if their web designer knows about it?"
