How simple things like white text on a black background can frustrate web visitors and hurt conversions. Not to mention piss away your paid search budgets!

This is a cause I very much support and that article is an excellent 'eye-opener'.  Do as it says and make sure you read everything, however much it hurts. :(

It definitely is an excellent eye opener and luckiliy it's a very clear and easy to understand usability vs. web design example that can hurt your online business.

Might require a bit of head butting with a designer, but really drives home the point of pretty vs. performing.
