Steve Beshear, Governor of Kentucky, has won a Court Order to transfer 141 domain names to the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Why? These online gaming domains are not registered in Kentucky but Gov Beshears think they are leeches that should be gotten rid of.

Interesting...wonder if other states may follow.
Not sure their Gov understands what domains are, let alone the Internet :)
