Nice interview - thanks Mike. The underlying forces driving social media are especially interesting. The fact that "tribalization" is globally uniform is something to think about when putting together any campaign.
What many people don't realize is that many of the biggest voices out there are not interested in SEO, but successful and visible anyways, many purposely refuse to let it taint their style of writing.
Always good to hear from some of the social media gurus out there. Excellent interview. Anyone considering venturing into the whole social media concept should really consider doing a little research to help avoid some of the pitfalls - and a good interview like this is great to get the ball rolling.
