Refuse to deal with them. Such clients cost you more than they pay you, if they pay at all in the end. Whan I sense a "want all - give nothing" personality I refuse to work for that person. It’s a fixed mindset, you can’t please such a person. Other clinets will simply love me for the same results such clients still comaplin about.

A lot of business is conduction on feelings and emotions, although that displays a clear lack of business sense. In my biz, situations arise where if I were to drop a troublesome client, they might just cut ties on the yellow pages end as well. All this, despite top notch service both in the print, and online. Still, I feel its best to nip it in the bud and never take on clients that don’t jive well with all the work you’re going to do for them.
