Interesting that big business is dipping in their big toe on Twitter. I would love to see a larger list of companies so I might find more to follow.

For all the time I spent thinking that Twitter was quite possible the dumbest successful website out there, this article might have proved me wrong.

@konstantive - its just a phase and everyone is beating hammer as the iron is hot. Once something better come up, everyone will move from twitter to "it". Its not that twitter is that great, its just that everyone is there which makes it very valueable and makes it very difficult for competitors to build something like it.

@nBridges I agree with your comment.  Something hot and all the community jumps in and makes even hotter :).  But the post was interesting to see what does twitter do that makes the large companies interested using it.

Should I be taking bets on how long will it be before folks will be sphinning:  Banned from Twitter?

Very good summary and some thought provoking ideas on how to use Twitter more effectively. It's always good to see practical examples and learn from those.
