Good list but community building is not only about blogging and socializing, you should have an actual community, like SEO 2.0 on Mixx and Social|Median ;-)

Great list but scratching head at the "read a 100 blogs a day" line.  If anyone is reading 100 blogs a day they’re either unemployed or will soon be. :)

@debram  - Lol, that was funny. Well I agree reading 100 blog posts would be insane. But i do scan through a lot more blog posts in my RSS reader..(on average 200/a day). But obviously when i say "scan through" i dont mean "reading".. So I think what chris meant here is  ’scanning’ through the headlines to keep track of whats happening in the industry.

@debram -that was funny for sure and I love to laugh!! I was just browsing but I signed up just to tell you I enjoyed that remark.  The article sounded interesting and caught my eye so I am off now to read it.One thing about comments and forums is you can find some terribly funny comments without even looking for them.I especially like when people are running Seo Sites and telling you how to make thousands a month and then they are celebrating when they get a pagerank increase to a 1 or 2, then in the same sentence ask forum members how to get backlinks and traffic. Also the ones who are selling websites with the line "Consider new with no reveue or traffic, but has great potential" and want several hundreds of dollars for it, with the advice of how you can monetize it to make those hundreds of dollars back in a week.:)
