Interesting data McStud. It would be even more interesting to take your research to the next level of granularity and qualify the types of queries that result in the one-box v. organic results. My bet is the query intent will explain the difference in the click-throughs.
We took time to make sure that all the stats we measured the the queries produced both a Onebox result and Organic result with both in the #1 position.
