Except for they are, by the network and you.

The advice is ok, though. Be yourself and it'll happen, as long as you do something.

Respectfully have to disagree on that one-

The network does not know who you might meet, or how they might be able to help you. 

You don't know who's out there, and what they've got.

Flip side, until you're sharing with people, you don't know how you can help them, because you don't know their needs, and you never know how helping others could help you grow or learn.
