Social Network traffic has seen some interesting trends as of late. There is no doubt that social networks are here to stay, and will only continue to become more mainstream. However, not all sites are seeing booming traffic, in fact some seem to be dieing.

One of the profound findings that I can see from the charts is that some social sites is definitely climbing up the ranks and some social sites that I thought was a great platform previously seem to have reached their plateau.

The social media market is saturated obviously. Only a few sites have major gains. Mixx's performance is amazing.

Interesting to see the performance of said social media sites... Agreed that the market is saturated, very difficult for anyone to keep up with the leaders such as Facebook and MySpace.

Some of them are awful as well so wouldn't really expect them to improve their stats. My original hotmail inbox used to get flooded with invites to all of them.
