What a great sting operation Google has set up.  Amigo, you ever hear of honey pots?  I mean, SERIOUSLY, do you think they would leave it all wide open without having given ANY thought to the spammers who, eventually, find everything?  This just looks like a way to nail a bazillion of them all at once.

@SamFreedom - I think there’s something else going on here.  Google wants to construct the definitive social graph.  This is a way to get people to tell them their connections.  Go create a page and then add a link to one of your social media profiles, such as Digg.  They immediately suggest other possible links from other services based upon their crawls.

 Yeah. I started using that a year ago, but it never seemed to pass any real love in the Google SERPS. I think G no-indexes or no-followes their own pages by default or something. Either that or I just wasn’t patient enough with it. :)
