While I never liked Circuit City at all, it’s important to have competition so that big chains like Best Buy can’t abuse us any more than they already do.
CC pulled bait and switch on me many years ago and I’ve refused to shop there ever since. Good riddance, imo.
i’ve never shopped at CC intentionally. Always preferred Best Buy. They just came to the party first in my area, so they gained my trust. It’s similar to Home Depot versus Lowes. Home Depot got to me first.
