As an SEO, I’ve always been a little perturbed to know that the American oriented Google index has, as its home, the aggrandized Google.com domain.

I know the Americans don’t care, but no international webmasters out there dealing with this issue? I’d love to hear some experiences and criticisms of my weightings. Red Fly has a handy plug-in that tacks on the country qualifier for google.com result sets (http://www.redflymarketing.com/blog/google-global-view-results-different-locations/) if anyone’s interested in checking out their .com rankings around the globe.
