Great article/post. Linkbait is not only critical to search marketing, it's critical to marketing in general.

This is a great post, and while the technique may get old on us, it will probably never go away.

There are numerous examples and lessons to be learned in the off-line world. A great exercise is to find a busy magazine stand in your community. Hangout for a while, and observe what people pick up.
