Good list... butshould include more information onlink placement strategiesanchor text strategiesTips on - "link pages to avoid (i.e pages with many o/b links, bad neighborhoods, link analysis of inbound links to linking page)I think those are key topics not discussed enough in the post.But it is a nice overview and the external resources mentioned are very good for supplementing information aswell.
