A great article, but you definitely have my sympathy. It must have been sickening to see this great traffic spike only to find out where it was coming from.

Thanks Gamermk. I would rather have gone without! It also messed up my stats and FeedBurner subscriptions jumped by 50% only to return to normal over the next few days. It definitely wasn’t targetted traffic. Would much rather be Sphunn ;)
