As the post title suggests I’m talking about uSocial. Specifically, uSocial.net. I’m not sure what they prefer to go by and we won’t know too much more until they launch on December 1st. When I hope you choose not to do business with them.

I guess the "Let’s email every single social media marketer and ask them to join our spam network cause they are all evil anyhow" plan didn’t quite work...DOH!

This is an ad, right? Creating buzz for a new service, yes? :)

That email is amazing... It is so blatant. Where there is power, it will be abused..

@iBrian - Sorry, not an ad. Hence the lack of links to them in all cases except for spam bots to eat up their email addresses. Tough to discuss the company and raise awareness without using their name, which double as their URL.Sorry.

@Eric - The trouble is, awareness of the company has been now been raised in exactly the sort of community most likely to buy from it.

Yep, the irony is this post will probably cause more spam from uSocial than prevent! Such is life.

That’s always the problem, bad publicity is still publicity and gets the brand more recognised. On a lighter note, I hope their email addresses get infiltrated with the most amount of spam possible. Heh
