SEMPO had a rocky first year, with people questioning whether it should even exist and taking bets on how long it would be around. You've come a long way, baby -- the the floor of the NASDAQ. Huge achievement for the group and by extension, search marketers and search marketing overall.

Have to add, though -- SEMPO, get it together on the press front! There's nothing on the site about this. No release, nada. We have to learn about it from Twitter and Facebook? Where are the further details? How did it come about? Was it linked to Cyber Monday?

Just building anticipation, Danny...the wheels of progress are turning, despite Turkey Day interruptions. We're really excited but there are some more details we're hammering out before we drop a release.

Aside: (Have to laugh, Danny - all the cyberkids, including you, saying that FB and social media are faster/cooler/better than old fashioned methods of PR and advertising, and here you are demanding a normal press cycle. As a curmudgeon, I love that!)
