Client Site Missing from Google When They Search Internally??
Trying to get some feedback and/or ideas...a client site I work on has a strange issue: when they perform a search inside their building on Google for their domain name, their site is missing from the search results. When I try it (different location, IP, of course) at my office, they show up #1. For some reason, it appears the problem is internal for the client. They operate a retail site that mainly sells business forms, checks, invoices, etc.

Any feedback from Sphinners?

Are you using the site:theirsite.com command or searching for a specific term? IS the clients IP registered in the same country as yours? Is the client using Google.com the same as you?

Are either of you logged into your Google accounts when you search?
