Qualified traffic, whatever that means, is the only thing that counts. Why target 100MM people to get 20K when you can just go direct to the 20K?

Maybe, just maybe... no one cares enough about his opinion anymore (especially since leaving Microsoft) that they don't bother to click over to his site.
