What is a "Ya Hoo"?
I was sent an invite, and never got around to logging in
Great photo for that post. My mash pet is dying also...Yahoo Mash seems like just another MySpace copy with a few extra features. Its also buggy...
@PocketSEO - Thanks, for some reason feeding and petting my Mash pet only makes him more sad. I think a little experimentation with Mash Pets might be worth a post on its own. Then again...maybe not.@AndyBeard - Let me know if you try it out. Im interested in a wide variety of opinions on this. Surely Yahoo is not just going to give up on it, but it doesnt really seem like they are putting a ton of effort into it either. Not yet anyway.
I used it for about 5 minutes and got bored.
HAH! How timely... I read an article about Yahoo! still in the runnings for Facebook and tried to remember the name of this product, so I could login. Even after I logged into my old Yahoo! 360 account by mistake, I still could not remember the name. As much as I love Yahoo! (if you understand that I am the person who will cheer for a well thought out Basketball play, even if it doesnt end up in a basket, you will understand my love for Yahoo!) I cant really see the reason to use this even over their Yahoo! 360 product.
@TimDineen - My thoughts exactly. Nothing about it screams "Facebook-killer", or even "Orkut-annoyance". @Natasha - Lets hope they make something more compelling that we wont feel so sorry about cheering for. Thanks for the comments.
