Friending isn’t that hard on Digg. There are enough desperate and/or new folks on it that building a long friend list is pretty easy. Now building a quality list is another matter...
I think this is nice small piece of advice, and worth implementing.
When I see a new guy on my forum that is posting like crazy and PMing people, wants to be a mod, etc... it is not look till the V%^@RA ads appear and the "rorex reprica". Beware of "fast friends".
this doesn’t just apply to social networks . . this applies to real life . . . i’m sure guys like brent experience it all the time when they go to conferences . . . .
