ahh thanks for the kind words Julie!Great article! It’s so true, link building doesn’t neccesarly only happen online. The SEO-Chicks got our first links by wearing those hideously green t-shirt at SMX Advanced Seattle back in 2007. You get links for SEO-Chicks for being so damn funny in person and in your blogposts. Julie is seriously one of the funniest people I know. A Southern belle with a tongue like a snake..ehm that was meant like a compliment. Lol I’m crap at sayings, heck in Norway we have sayings like: "don’t skin the bear before you have shot it"

I think the most important takeaway from that entire article was to be nice to people. It is amazing what you can accomplish, link building or otherwise, by just being nice to people. Internet marketers are so wrapped up in their computers and wanting real time data and updates that they simply forget what it means to just take it easy and interact with real people. Good post.
