In January of 2008, I [Jill Whalen] issued my predictions for the upcoming year in the SEO industry. Now that it’s a year later, let’s look back and see how I did.

Great post, but I think it will take a while before the general population begins focusing less on rankings than on conversions. It’s still easier for them to look at rankings as a measure of SEO success.
