According to Avinash Kaushik, Google Analytics evangelist, Google Analytics’s has launched internal site search analysis today. He states that "Google Analytics’s launch of internal site search analysis today is a great excuse to revisit the world of site search." He also provides some screenshots of the new reports within Google Analytics and some tips on how to use these new reports. This is big news and I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else. I even tried finding some info on this on Google's official analytics blog and came up empty. Has anyone else heard about this or seen these new reports? I went into my Google Analytics report dashboards and did not see any of these new reports Avinash was showing in this post. Anyone have any info on this? He also mentions two other new features that were announced today: Event Logging & Outbound Link Tracking. You can read more about these new features at the very bottom of the post.
