Except for this random site, that doesn’t even seem to show any Tennis themselves.

Yeah, that seems a weird link among the others the BBC offers.
I have seen some undeserved links from the BBC before. I have a couple, but it does have very descriptive anchor text to be just a mistake.

That definatly looks like a paid link to me. I reckon it’s someone taking a bit of cash on the sly rather than an official bbc move, although I wonder what Googles’ strategy is when dealing with sites this massive that have broken the rules?
