These are great rules to conduct yourself by when engaging in social media. I especially like the last one that is one that should be done even off line.
I try to challenge myself by looking at many of the best web design galleries out there and understand what made the people choose that design. I try to figure out what is the overall goal of the site and work from there as to how well the design executed the desired effect. It isnt often that these sites miss their mark. I am really enjoying getting into the Google Analytics. I have a basic understanding of how Analytics works but with these upgrades I think it is becoming much easier for me to get a grasp on the more intericate details of Analytics.
A list of this kind is great for me because it informs me of other designers out there to follow. Great list.
I have personally used the CSS Creator tool before and it was very helpful.
