I would disagree with this sentence - A high PR website indicates the PR of the home page and web page can be any of the inner pages. Google assigns PR only to a particular web page and not to the whole site. Therefore, home page PR cannot pass value to the inner pages of website. The homepage does pass PR to "intrenal Pages of the wbesite" - it is well known!

I would like to mention one meta description from a seo in uk - which stands out and has a good CTR -IMO http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=seo&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-asee the www.ihaveawebsite-now what.co.ukMeta description - Would you trust a SEO company that PAYS for their own search engine listings?I have clicked a few times on that site rather than the ones above it - just plain curiosity!
