Okay, so here’s the deal: I’m not as experienced as others on this site; and am new to the social media game. So, this post is great for me. Very informative. Almost a step by step guide on how to slowly gain some success in social media. I like that she differentiates between "simple" and "easy", as I am slowly beginning to understand this subtle difference as it applies to social media.

I agree that it’s important to remember the intangible benefits of social networking; however, how do you sell that to your client (who wants something in black and white to prove the success of the project)?
