Very true when you look at the numbers of social media users compared to the 90 some million votes cast yesterday. 22k is a meager pitance.But for overall buzz building and generating advanced excitement it had an effect.Too bad about the Ron Paul situation. Would have made a great president.

It’ll definitely be an interesting ride to see how this plays out. I have to agree with John so far it’s been much ado about nothing and the wait for these cool these to be fully and publicly released is a pisser.Their power is easy to see and they look developed so get em out there. Even if Google has to release friend connect into perma beta like all their other products at least get it out there.

A good question Chris about what direction Sphinn is going to go. Seems to be multiple choice with only 2 players. Hopefully, that doesnt hurt us as users. It’ll definitely be interesting to see how it plays out and long live friend portability.

I have never dealt with this issue but can imagine how frustrating it can be. Have dealt with it in dealing with my copywriting clients not implementing my suggestions. Very frustrating.David you also make an excellent point about front-end work. It’s usually better to invest a vast amount of time upfront to set things up properly that way you only have to make marginal improvements or monitoring on the back-end.

Amazing things going on over at Digg. I read an article on techcrunch which said 80 top diggers were banned. Didn’t define what ’top’ meant and I see lots of the top 100 are still there so it must have been power users.Zaibatsu is the biggest most famous Digger I’ve seen taken out of the game.
