That was a pretty informative list, however, personal experiences would also include the use of scripting e.g. javascript. Try to use as little as possible and if you do happen to develop an e-commerce solution that uses alot, always prepare an alternative solution should the user visit your shopping cart with javascript disabled... it baffles me why alot of carts don’t impliment this sort of feature. It’s almost as bad as not implimenting W3C validation. The world is a broad place and we should be allowing as many users as possible to be able to successfully purchase from your website.

It’s nice to hear that things we’rnt all doom and gloom for Kim.Although i shouldn’t, as a Web Developer i love flash and what it can bring as an element to a website. Its visual and in most cases these days its interactive element (if done properly) can be really refreshing.Having said that... i always only use flash as an extra element to an otherwise well structured website, if the flash player is installed, fine the user gets a few nice extra effects! if it’s not, then they’re non the wiser to it ever being displayed.Personally i believe this is how things should be, the yin and yang of flash if you will.

Page Rank does not mean anything when it comes to actual rankings. Not to sound negative, but anyone who has a small amount of SEO knowledge could take something that was not really listed out there (be it a keyword/phrase) and get results for it.Most clients however, will not like this because most of the time the information you produce will not be relevant. Take for instance the phrase "bamboozle guzzler" a quick search in google shows it has 554 results. With about an hours worth of work you could easily target that phrase and see results in the not too distant future. The real proof in the pudding would be to take a very "generic" keyword that the world and his wife are targeting for example one such as "loans" and try to reach as close to page 1 as possible. It’s great that your boyfriend has provided that specific information for people to find and use so keep it going, but there is a massive red line here that is drawn between specific unlisted information and generic targeted information.

Sphinned for the comedic value, so long as we continue to see an increasing amount of "have-a-go" web developers popping out websites that should of never seen the light of day, there will always be a future for SEO.
