Sorry I’m late adding this comment...After each session, there is time scheduled for people to have workgroup/roundtable discussions. During these discussions, attendees ask questions and discuss very specific issues pertaining to their businesses or their projects... this would be where the NDA protects the attendees the most. When people ask questions but don’t fully explain the situation or disclose mitigating circumstances, the answers they get end up being not applicable or not relevant because the questions were too vague. That’s pretty useless and generally a waste of time. The organizers are trying to create an environment where the attendees and presenters can have an open and meaningful dialogue without fear of someone taking notes using things against anyone. (See Jordan and Loren’s comments above about Google people taking notes on your past indiscretions.)

True; however, if you don’t read it and then later you find out you ran afoul of the rules and get banned or penalized or just don’t get your way you can’t go crying about it.
