Great review Jacob - will really make people stop and think before doing a cut and paste submission.
I wonder what was the real cause for Google to start enforcing this program? If it is to allow for more organizations to benefit from the grants, I hope we do not see more competitive activities in order to make the most of the grant allotment. I think across the board organizations may see a hit in their ROI and conversion rates.
