Actually iBrian -Hammer has been a investor and advisor in a couple startups in the Bay Area. His latest venture is DanceJam in partnership with Techcrunch owner Michael Arrington.I have seen Hammer pretty much at every VC party in the valley I have ever been to. He is pretty well respected.

lol... funny post. The wickedfire drama is not really that big of deal... The owner stated many things as fact that were simply untrue. He has altered the post significantly since recieving the C&D from what was first posted and the issue is resolved in my eyes. I have no problems with people having opinions about me but if you state things as fact you should know what you are talking about.Keep up to good work & thx for the traffic.

well the 404 header is not smart to send the adwords bot and can get a domain nuked. I have experienced this before and when inquiring with the adwords rep it was because of the 404 header being sent to the adwords quality bot.A smarter way is to just use a re-write rule to catchall *.html and send a 200 response.
