I think a hard working search marketing professional is worth the investment. If anyone is dedicated to the craft and really is dedicated to helping customers, a decent salary is worth it. I'm constantly working and researching, so the old "40 hours per week" doesn't apply to me. I'm sure most of the folks here can agree. I just can't get enough!!
I can't stand it when I visit a store's website and they don't list hours of operation! Grrr! What are they thinking? And how much does this or that service cost (ignoring some competitive issues for some)? If I need an oil change and you don't tell me when you're open or how much it will cost - I'm going to your competitor.
Ah yeah, never mind. Wow. I thought I've had enough coffee today...apparently not. Sorry for the last comment!
